TL;DR
Senior Field Manager (Remodeling): Reviewing remodeling project plans, permits, measurements, and contracts before product orders are placed, with an accent on code compliance, accurate materials, and installation quality. Focus on identifying structural and order-entry issues, coordinating change orders, and maintaining accurate communication across customers, sales, measurement, technical review, and production teams.

Location: Wilmington, DE; in-field role

Salary: $90,000 plus bonus

What you will do

  • Review and approve project plans, permits, measurements, and contracts before products are purchased.
  • Identify structural concerns, discrepancies, permit needs, and other issues that may affect project fit and finish.
  • Recommend and document product changes and initiate change orders when required.
  • Check incoming jobs to ensure project details match the available products and installation services.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, measure technicians, technical reviewers, and production staff throughout the installation lifecycle.
  • Evaluate order-entry issues with the manager to support quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of remodeling experience, including windows, kitchens, bathrooms, or entry doors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to integrate information from multiple sources accurately.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, multitask, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
