Engineering and Technology Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing): Leading site engineering, manufacturing process improvements, new product introductions, and technology development with an accent on quality, productivity, yield, cost reduction, and customer support. Focus on developing a high-performing engineering team, evaluating automation and capital investments, and implementing engineering projects from concept through manufacturing.
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island, United States; onsite at the Warwick facility. The position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

What you will do
- Lead and develop the site engineering organization.
- Support manufacturing through process improvement, problem solving, and technical leadership.
- Drive initiatives targeting quality, productivity, yield, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Lead new product introductions and manufacturing technology improvements.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Product Marketing, and Sales to support customers and win new business.
- Evaluate equipment, capital investments, automation opportunities, and engineering projects from concept through implementation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylee status.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductors, thin film, microelectronics, precision manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
- Knowledge of statistical process control and quality systems.
- Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
