Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; full-time onsite
Salary: $32 per hour

What you will do
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations from RFQs, BOMs, technical specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Review technical, cost, pricing, and supplier data to support quotation development and pricing decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, sales, procurement, supply chain, and project teams to collect costs, lead times, and project requirements.
- Perform cost comparisons and data analysis to identify pricing trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure quotations meet customer requirements, contract terms, company policies, and margin goals.
- Maintain quotation records and update project and quotation progress in the ERP system.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the MEP field or a related engineering, construction, semiconductor, or industrial environment.
- At least 2 years of accredited technical training or relevant education.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, BOMs, and other engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems are preferred.
