What you will do

• Write clear, easy-to-consume copy for field teams and customer-facing communications.
• Apply copy guides while adapting content to the brand voice.
• Balance conflicting business and brand requirements to develop effective solutions.
• Review projects for clarity, accuracy, and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain brand standards and information accuracy.
• Manage production procedures, workflows, deadlines, and copy archives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a comparable writing-focused field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate retail environment.
• Professional writing portfolio demonstrating brand and retail expertise.
• Strong writing, proofreading, detail-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to interpret retail metrics and basic retail math for customer-facing messaging.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to work creatively on a Mac.

• Adobe Creative Suite skills.
