Escrow Assistant (in office)

Location: In-office at 425 S Telshor Blvd, Ste B, Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA

Salary: $16.63–$22.18 hourly

What you will do

• Assist with escrow processes, including opening orders and reviewing title commitments.
• Take the necessary steps to clear title and support escrow closings.
• Communicate with customers throughout the escrow process.
• Interpret agreements related to escrow closings.
• Use transaction technologies and help deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and technologies.
• Two or more years of escrow-related experience is preferred.
