Project Manager – Substations and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)

Location: Itasca, Texas, with various project locations and travel required

What you will do

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects valued approximately from $500K to $20M.
• Lead projects from proposal and bidding through profitable completion.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate with project teams, field personnel, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Prioritize safety performance and support reliable electrical infrastructure delivery.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation, reliability, professionalism, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing substation and battery storage projects.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Unifier.
• Familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software.
