Salary: $65,000–$90,000 annually

What you will do
- Prepare proposals and quotations for repair, overhaul, and inspection activities based on returned customer assets.
- Coordinate customer authorizations, pricing updates, scope changes, and purchase order reviews.
- Manage repair job orders, sales orders, program documentation, records, logs, and status reports.
- Coordinate manufacturing, engineering, quality, logistics, and other functions to support timely execution.
- Coordinate shipping, certifications, export documentation, and source-controlled hardware requirements, including overseas shipments.
- Monitor program performance, resolve issues, communicate status and risks to customers, and support repair pricing and execution plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in program administration, project coordination, contracts management, production control, order management, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP and order management systems; SAP, MBS, CCRF, or similar systems are preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 5% and access U.S. export-controlled information.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, military, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, federal procurement procedures, and government contracting requirements.
- Experience with repair, overhaul, sustainment, aftermarket, or depot maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of export compliance, intellectual property rights, and international customer support.
