Site Physician (Occupational Health)

Location: Manila Net Park Office, Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Manage the Manila General Office Health Center and oversee the Occupational Health Nurse and contractor nurses.
• Conduct comprehensive employee case reviews and provide medical recommendations, restrictions, and accommodations.
• Review complex pre-employment, annual physical, and executive medical examination results.
• Lead medical emergency response, crisis management, business continuity, and health and safety improvement programs.
• Use data analytics to develop health initiatives and improve medical systems, wellbeing programs, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with site leadership, HSE teams, the Philippine Medical Team, and medical teams across other markets.

Requirements

• Valid medical license to practice in the Philippines.
• Completed Basic Course in Occupational Medicine from the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience in policy development, process optimization, data analysis, mental health case management, and wellness initiatives.
• Knowledge of Philippine health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Specialization in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
