What you will do
- Improve sales and handoff workflows by mapping processes, identifying friction, and building automations and playbooks in HubSpot.
- Prepare accurate quotes, order forms, and contracts for new business and renewals.
- Manage customer subscription changes, including upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support quote-to-cash handoffs from closed-won deals through billing and finance, maintaining accurate orders, effective dates, and system synchronization.
- Maintain CRM and pipeline data quality through standardized records, required fields, stage definitions, deduplication, and validation processes.
- Build enablement materials, reporting, and training resources while partnering with Sales, Systems, Finance, Accounting, CX, and leadership.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a related analytical role.
- Experience building reports, working with spreadsheets, and maintaining data quality across systems.
- Familiarity with CRM workflows and revenue processes; HubSpot experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, systems-oriented thinking, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, identify next steps, and collaborate across functions.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a constructive problem-solving approach.
