2nd Shift Final Test Technician (Electronics)

Location: Hiawatha, IA, United States; full-time, on-site. Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM. No travel required.

What you will do

• Execute final functionality and system stress tests for hardware and software.
• Set up and maintain oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies, and specialized test fixtures.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and perform basic diagnostics for hardware and software issues.
• Analyze and document test results, observations, defects, and anomalies.
• Verify that each unit meets quality and reliability standards before shipment.
• Provide testing and manufacturability feedback to product development and design teams.

Requirements

• Must be a US Person: US citizen, US permanent resident, or protected person.
• GED or high school diploma.
• At least two years of hands-on electronics experience.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, test procedures, and technical documentation.
• Ability to perform voltage, continuity, and resistance checks and accurately record results.
• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice to have

• IPC certification.
• Associate degree or technical diploma in electronics or electrical engineering technology.
