Associate Client Operations Director (Healthcare)

Salary: $96,600–$224,200 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead operational oversight and high-quality service delivery across assigned client portfolios, global studies, and programs.
• Build partnerships with clients and cross-functional stakeholders across project services, business development, laboratory operations, and other departments.
• Lead governance activities, strategic reviews, performance discussions, executive-level client meetings, bid defenses, capabilities presentations, and audits.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, SLAs, customer feedback, client requirements, risks, timelines, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Establish and communicate client standards, best practices, and process improvements across global teams.
• Mentor team members and contribute to training, operational excellence, and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field is preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience may be accepted.
• At least 7 years of clinical research, laboratory, or related industry experience is preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of global project services operations, customer portfolio management, client governance, budgets, KPIs, SLAs, MSAs, and process improvement.
• Ability to work in accordance with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
