What you will do

• Deliver customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit retail and wholesale sales documentation, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV forms.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions, including titles, payoffs, and funding documentation.
• Receive payments, prepare deposits, and follow cash security procedures.
• Train and mentor new associates while supporting multiple departments and store operations.
• Perform filing, data entry, reconciliation, and workplace safety tasks.

Requirements

• Accurate ability to read, interpret, and record data for compliance and reporting.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data-entry systems, and intermediate PC skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
