Configuration and Data Manager

What you will do

• Organize and maintain reports, briefings, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Manage the intake, routing, tracking, archival, and distribution of MDA development data.
• Administer the program’s Integrated Data Environment, including MDA SharePoint sites and shared repositories.
• Coordinate major program reviews, including logistics, briefing decks, objective evidence, action items, and minutes.
• Oversee the complete CDRL lifecycle and support prime contractor Configuration Control Board activities.
• Maintain the Lessons Learned database and coordinate findings across government and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of data or configuration management experience.
• Experience supporting missile defense or large-scale, complex DoD programs.
• Experience establishing and maintaining strict configuration-controlled environments.
• Ability to review systems engineering documentation for accuracy and alignment with program specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured presentations and reports.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; travel of up to 15% is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency and systems engineering processes.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Jira, DOORS, Cameo, and Git.
• Experience applying AI and ML tools to data analytics, workflow automation, and process improvement.
