Account Advocate (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Process, revise, cancel, monitor, and track customer orders to support on-time shipping and operational compliance.
• Provide customer and administrative support through phone, email, customer portals, and other communication channels.
• Answer questions about product information, pricing, lead times, and availability for retail channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to implement customer compliance processes and improve adherence.
• Ensure EDI pricing, order acknowledgements, and inventory information are transmitted accurately.
• Maintain customer data in the ERP system and manage communications in external customer portals.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of relevant finance, sales, or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate cross-functional process implementation with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• B2B customer service, sales support, inventory control, or administrative experience.
• Experience supporting retail customers in a manufacturing environment.
