Logistics Technician I (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Torrance, California, United States

Salary: $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Pull, stage, put away, receive, and process inbound and outbound materials.
• Perform inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, shelf-life management, stock adjustments, and discrepancy investigations.
• Manage physical and systematic transactions for nonconforming material, work order splits, material movements, and aging work orders.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, package and verify parts, and coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
• Expedite outside machining and processing through vendors to support production schedules.
• Direct production truck driver activities and provide dispatch support while responding to internal and external material, delivery, quantity, and specification inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions or training in English.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent demonstrated work capabilities.
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
