What you will do
- Implement and maintain tracking solutions using Segment, Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, Google Tag Manager, and GA360.
- Maintain the data layer and define event tagging and metadata requirements for web, iOS, Android, and CTV/OTT products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Analysts, Engineers, and QA teams to deliver instrumentation for new features.
- Develop instrumentation specifications, business metrics, documentation, and reporting support for product KPIs.
- Define test cases, smoke tests, and regression tests; audit reporting data and troubleshoot inconsistencies and anomalies.
- Maintain reliable data collection while addressing privacy and consent requirements related to VPPA, COPPA, and targeted advertising.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work full-time in Colombia.
- English and Spanish communication proficiency required.
- Hands-on technical experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Segment, and BigQuery.
- Experience with Martech tools, strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position preferred.
- Employment and education will be verified.
Nice to have
- Background in digital media or digital marketing.
- Experience with Looker or similar tools such as Tableau.
