CB Lab Technician

Location: Banten, Indonesia; onsite laboratory role

What you will do

• Conduct routine tests and analyses of product and feedstock samples to assess quality, performance, reliability, and chemical characteristics.
• Report test results accurately and on time, assess compliance with quality standards, and release or reject products according to established quality-control plans.
• Set up tests and equipment and perform special functional tests on products and other materials when required.
• Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and operating safely; calibrate equipment as necessary.
• Enter work orders and requisitions, compile test results, and complete required safety training and meetings.

Requirements

• High school education required; chemistry and mathematics coursework or vocational training is highly desirable.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques, chemical handling, laboratory procedures, testing tools, and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and statistical control principles.
• Accuracy, manual dexterity, attention to detail, troubleshooting, organization, and the ability to manage multiple sample tests.
• Written and verbal communication, active listening, ability to interpret operating instructions, and collaborative teamwork skills.
