What you will do
- Drive continuous improvement of global I&S commercial and financial reporting through Tableau.
- Support EMEA pricing activities, reporting, and related business analysis.
- Manage, train, and develop two analysts supporting OneStream system processes, Tableau, Alteryx, and global Silicones reporting.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process from Tableau, data warehouse, and OneStream perspectives.
- Support reporting enhancements, new projects, and AI-driven improvements.
- Advance the global Silicone Reporting process and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in systems and reporting, FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Expertise with OneStream, Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
