Field Reimbursement Manager (Immunology GI) (Market Access/Reimbursement): Educating healthcare providers and office staff on coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement processes, claims, coding, and access to Immunology therapies with an accent on pharmacy and medical benefits, buy-and-bill, and patient support. Focus on resolving complex access and affordability issues, adapting to payer policy changes, and building relationships across assigned accounts in a field-based territory.
Location: Field-based Milwaukee, Wisconsin territory including Milwaukee and Madison; permanent residence in the listed territory required. Up to 50% travel and up to 50% on-site time with healthcare providers.

What you will do
- Educate healthcare providers and office staff on product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement, claims submissions, procedures, and payer coding requirements.
- Provide field-based reimbursement and access support, resolve patient access and affordability issues, and apply creative problem-solving within the applicable rules of engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with Immunology accounts and manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, key account managers, managed care colleagues, and internal departments across the organization.
- Monitor national, regional, local, and account-level market dynamics, including coverage and coding requirements.
- Support understanding of hub and specialty distribution channels and provide expertise on access and affordability solutions across Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, and commercial plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare or business/public administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including account management, reimbursement, or managed care experience in a provider-office setting.
- Expertise in pharmacy and medical benefits, including buy-and-bill, coding, billing, prior authorization, appeals, and revenue-cycle processes.
- Experience working with patient support HUB services and the ability to collaborate and influence within a matrix organization.
- Valid US driver’s license, compliant driving record, strong communication skills, and effective follow-through.
- Permanent residence in the listed Milwaukee/Madison territory and ability to maintain up to 50% travel are required.
Nice to have
- Immunology disease-state experience.
- Advanced degree or certifications in prior authorization, billing, or coding.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private payer initiatives, and pharmaceutical or biotechnology reimbursement.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
