What you will do
- Collect, organize, and maintain project schedules, cost reports, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, timesheets, logs, and documentation trackers.
- Review project documents and identify delays, disruptions, risks, and other impacts.
- Analyze quantities, costs, timelines, and project data to support change requests, change orders, and claims.
- Prepare exhibits, graphics, supporting documentation, and sections of change order and claim narratives.
- Coordinate with project teams to validate data, resolve missing information, and clarify timelines.
- Research industry standards, contractual clauses, prior claims, and benchmarks while supporting adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field, with internship experience.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Basic understanding of construction contracts, construction documents, and project controls.
- Ability to evaluate technical documents and functional specifications against required standards.
- Data management proficiency, including Excel, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
