Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in one of the main offices in Philadelphia, New York, Denver, Cedar Rapids, or Baltimore; or Work From Home/Remote based in the United States with occasional business travel.
Salary: $290,000–$320,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do
- Own the enterprise capital management framework and advise the CFO and senior leadership on capital strategy, dividend policy, and long-range financial planning.
- Lead consolidated balance sheet management covering leverage, holding liquidity, free cash flow, and capital positions.
- Develop capital structure and allocation analyses, multi-year forecasts, scenario models, and solvency tools.
- Advise on shareholder returns, financial leverage issuances and redemptions, business-unit remittances, and capital optimization.
- Oversee capital management reporting and analytics, including monthly and quarterly reporting for executive and board stakeholders.
- Lead and develop capital management talent while partnering with treasury, risk, investor relations, corporate development, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, actuarial science, business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in capital management, financial planning and analysis, or balance sheet management within insurance or financial services.
- Advanced knowledge of capital frameworks, balance sheet management, capital instruments, regulatory capital requirements, U.S. statutory accounting, and NAIC RBC principles.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial and capital analysis to senior leadership and board audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, capital analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting systems.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship or an employer of record arrangement.

- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, actuarial science, or financial management.
- Experience across corporate and business-unit finance organizations.
- Exposure to enterprise capital allocation, dividend planning, and enterprise stress testing.
