RN Clinical Manager (Nursing)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; on-site health center role. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; no nights or weekends.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Manage daily health center operations, staffing, workflows, patient flow, and utilization.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for RNs, LPNs, administrative staff, and technical staff.
• Provide hands-on patient care and clinical support as needed.
• Identify workflow efficiencies, process improvements, and root causes of operational issues.
• Lead infection control activities, support quality initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Communicate policies, coordinate meetings with client representatives, manage incident investigations, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification may be required depending on the contract scope of services.
• At least 3 years of medical experience and 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience using CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention.

Nice to have

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
