What you will do

  • Advise on the design, execution, and publication of clinical, real-world evidence, and registry studies aligned with local regulations and strategic needs.
  • Integrate clinical and economic evidence with the access team to address the needs of healthcare professionals, payers, and decision-makers.
  • Map research centers, support feasibility assessments, and optimize country-level clinical trial allocation using dashboards and key metrics.
  • Apply epidemiology, structured literature searches, and public data analysis to support research decisions.
  • Manage physician medical information requests and analyze request trends for strategic insights.
  • Lead the country initiative focused on investigation, development, and academia while ensuring governance and compliance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in epidemiology or health economics with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in evidence generation, HEOR, medical affairs, clinical research, or a related biotechnology or pharmaceutical function.
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory and compliance environments, and relevant data sources.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

  • Training in health economics and experience with economic evidence and outcomes.
  • Experience with clinical or observational research, RWE, IIS, and scientific publications.
  • Experience analyzing SISPRO, DANE, RIPS, and other public data sources.
  • Experience with medical innovation initiatives.
