Assembler, Conformal Coat

Location: Hiawatha, Iowa, United States; full-time, on-site, no travel required. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM. Must be a US Person: US citizen, permanent resident, or protected person.

What you will do

• Assemble and disassemble circuit boards and electronic sub-assemblies.
• Clean and prepare surfaces, mix coating materials, and apply conformal coatings by machine, dipping, or brush.
• Mask and de-mask parts, clean components, and work with solvents and PCB cleaning solutions.
• Read process sheets, engineering drawings, and work instructions while maintaining accurate production records.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and follow quality and efficiency requirements.
• Follow ESD, safety, ISO, and FOD protection procedures in a controlled production environment.

Requirements

• US Person status is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform precision work requiring strong hand-eye coordination, close and color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.
• Ability to work in a darkened room environment with black lights.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
