Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg & Cardiac Telemetry Units - Southern NH Medical Center (Cardiac Telemetry): Providing patient-centered nursing care for diverse adult inpatients across medical-surgical and cardiac telemetry units with an accent on priority-based assessment, evidence-based practice, and safe care transitions. Focus on managing complex cardiac, neurological, surgical, pulmonary, renal, oncology, and palliative care needs while coordinating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; on-site hospital role
Compensation: Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000; competitive pay

What you will do
- Assess patients and implement priority-based nursing care with individualized goals.
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care across medical-surgical and cardiac telemetry units.
- Engage patients and families in care planning and treatment.
- Work within the nursing scope of practice while maintaining professional accountability.
- Communicate with colleagues and care teams to support collaboration and safe transitions of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Medical-surgical and/or telemetry experience is strongly preferred.
- Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend.
