Change Management Analyst (Construction)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; travel up to 20% of the time

What you will do

• Collect, organize, and maintain project schedules, cost reports, daily reports, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, timesheets, logs, and related documentation.
• Review project documents and analyze delays, disruptions, quantities, costs, timelines, and other impacts supporting change requests.
• Extract schedule and cost data from Primavera P6 and other project systems to support change orders and claims.
• Prepare exhibits, graphics, documentation, and narrative sections for claims and change order requests.
• Coordinate with project teams to validate data, clarify timelines, attend meetings, and capture notes.
• Research industry standards, contractual clauses, prior claims, and benchmarks while supporting adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field, with internship experience.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic understanding of construction contracts, construction documents, and project controls.
• Ability to critically evaluate technical documents and functional specifications against required standards.
• Data management proficiency, including Excel.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
