Hybrid Medical Sales Representative- Coastal Region

Location: Johannesburg General Office; Coastal Region coverage may include Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, and Western Cape

What you will do

• Generate sales through regular interaction with existing customers and development of new projects.
• Visit existing and potential customers and represent the company in product and service delivery matters.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, market information, and selling techniques.
• Convert field, shopper, customer, and external-partner information into insights for business programs and plans.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, territories, areas, and customers while supporting short- and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field is advantageous, with an excellent academic background.
• 0–5 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience or training in pharmacy, field sales, trade marketing, and sales management within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership potential, initiative, and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Own a car, hold a valid driver’s license, and be flexible to relocate as assignments may require.
