Vendor Relationship Risk Specialist

Location: PA - Pittsburgh, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $52,500.00–$87,500.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring for third-party vendors.
• Coordinate vendor and internal stakeholder risk assessments, remediation activities, and performance reviews.
• Facilitate calls and communication between vendors and internal teams.
• Track program deliverables, documentation, timelines, and performance KPIs.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and delays while maintaining data quality and process adherence.
• Review contract assignments for regulatory compliance and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in vendor management, third-party risk management, compliance, procurement, or related business operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, vendor relationships, financial risk management, internal controls, and the financial-services regulatory environment.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
