Location: Hybrid role based near Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite work is expected four days per week.

What you will do
- Translate marketing strategies and initiatives into creative deliverables aligned with channel and regional requirements.
- Define campaign scope, deliverables, team assignments, and success metrics with creative leadership.
- Coordinate workflows across agencies, internal design, photo studio, and eCommerce creative teams.
- Manage seasonal project intake and prioritization while improving operational efficiency.
- Build workback schedules, track milestones and dependencies, identify risks, and keep projects on schedule.
- Lead stakeholder communication, accountability, and post-project retrospectives to improve workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative operations, program management, or production management.
- Experience guiding complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through delivery, ideally in an agency environment.
- Deep expertise in workback schedules for omnichannel and regionally nuanced campaigns.
- Mastery of project management platforms such as AirTable.
- Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, change management, and collaboration skills.
