Location: New Albany, Ohio, United States; onsite
Salary: $20–$21 per hour

What you will do
- Maintain clean, orderly, and GMP-compliant laboratory areas while following SBM and customer SOPs.
- Sanitize glassware, perform steam sterilization, prepare labware, and assemble tubing assemblies and bioreactors as needed.
- Operate washers, autoclaves, HMI, OLRT, DCS, and related systems; schedule and review recipes and document operating data.
- Coordinate requests and operational changes with QC and MSAT laboratories, Automation, Maintenance, Instrumentation, and Manufacturing.
- Perform scheduled cleaning, testing, inspections, equipment servicing coordination, and supply inventory tracking.
- Assist with onboarding and training, SOP reviews and updates, PPE compliance, and corrective-action recommendations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of related experience.
- Ability to interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, SOPs, and other documents.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, laboratory equipment upkeep, cleaning compounds, and chemical safety.
- Completion of required safety, task, gowning, and annual qualification training.
- Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a valid driver's license may be required.
