Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service provides county-based educational programs and community outreach through the Texas A&M University System.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs addressing youth development, community needs, and critical issues.
• Manage the 4-H Club program and provide outreach education for non-4-H youth.
• Support 4-H members with project management and develop, recruit, and train volunteer leaders.
• Coordinate programs with schools, youth development professionals, nonprofits, committees, agencies, and community organizations.
• Use evaluation data to revise programs and communicate accomplishments and impact to stakeholders and elected officials.
• Prepare program reports, summaries, development plans, and staff coordination materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• No prior experience required; urban-designated counties require at least three years of related professional-level experience.
• Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic software.
• Ability to multitask, collaborate, and establish effective working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Applicants must work in or be based at the Llano County, Texas location.
