Location: Tufts Medical Center; outpatient clinic setting with one day of remote work possible
Pay range: $77,333.26–$98,603.60 per year

What you will do
- Conduct psychosocial and psychiatric social work assessments for pediatric patients and families, including evaluation of strengths, limitations, risks, and functional needs.
- Develop treatment plans and provide therapy, counseling, psychoeducation, and interventions using individual, family, and group modalities.
- Assess and respond to crisis situations involving suicide, homicide, family violence, and child abuse.
- Coordinate long-term care, home-care planning, placement, referrals, discharge planning, and continuity of outpatient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, community providers, schools, hospitals, government agencies, courts, and legal resources.
- Maintain clinical documentation, support quality improvement and research, contribute to program development, and participate in professional education.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential.
- Knowledge of social work theory, casework, treatment methods, disability and mental health services, and community resources.
- Strong diagnostic, treatment, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with office, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and documentation tools.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
