What you will do
- Provide activities of daily living assistance and delegated patient care.
- Maintain a safe patient care environment.
- Prepare and maintain patient records with the required data elements.
- Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated.
- Support administrative functions and facilitate patient flow across assigned care areas.
- Provide care across adult medical-surgical and telemetry units serving orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, oncology, renal, pulmonary, surgical, and palliative care patients.
Requirements
- Completion of an LNA program and active licensure in New Hampshire required.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Previous electronic medical record experience is a plus.
