Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States; international project with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for complex enterprise technology initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to design automated system solutions.
- Design and implement global HR processes and data models for non-US team member populations.
- Lead change management, user adoption, training, needs assessment, and issue resolution.
- Translate enterprise architecture and design principles into system requirements and specifications.
- Facilitate large meetings and collaborate with local, remote, and international project stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience gathering and creating detailed business requirements for complex projects.
- International change management experience and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
- Understanding of HR processes and data; PeopleSoft HCM familiarity is strongly preferred.
- Ability to collaboratively design solutions with business and IT partners, facilitate meetings, and work with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Experience collaborating with international resources and working flexible hours across different time zones.
Nice to have
- At least 5 years of PeopleSoft functional design experience.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and other software development lifecycles.
- Experience with Core HR, manager self-service, and employee self-service.
- PeopleSoft version 9.2 experience.
- Experience working across functional and geographic lines.
