Customer Experience Supervisor

Location: Dumbo store, Brooklyn, NY; fully on site

Salary: $24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and guide the sales team on the floor while supporting productivity and daily team activities.
• Model service standards, product knowledge, customer engagement, and strong leadership behaviors.
• Coach team members in real time and provide feedback on selling and customer interactions.
• Support the resolution of customer concerns and help deliver a welcoming in-store experience.
• Assist with customer engagement initiatives, in-store events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Support operational processes, visual merchandising, inventory activities, store communications, and store organization.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of management experience in a retail, customer-centric environment.
• 1+ year of retail or apparel operations experience is preferred but not required.
• 1+ year of experience resolving customer service issues.
• Business math and accounting skills, comprehensive computer skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Strong communication, delegation, and time management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and perform lifting, bending, twisting, ladder climbing, and other standard retail tasks.
