Technical Perfumery Reformulation Manager (Fragrance)

What you will do

• Lead and manage reformulation projects across more than 8,000 fragrance formulas globally.
• Drive value creation through regulatory compliance, sustainability, supply continuity, cost optimization, and portfolio simplification.
• Coordinate reformulation activities to protect business continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Develop proactive solutions for raw material supply disruptions and support crisis management.
• Partner with Technical Perfumers and lead Reformulation Project Coordinators to prioritize projects and manage workloads.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools while collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams to improve data quality and system effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
• Advanced proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and data analysis tools.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience in fragrance development, reformulation, technical project management, or related functions.
• Knowledge of fragrance raw materials, formulation processes, formulation databases, regulatory requirements, and ingredient portfolio management.
• Experience in fragrance, flavors, consumer goods, or specialty chemicals.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
