TL;DR
Product Manager, Growth (Streaming): Supporting subscriber acquisition, onboarding, monetization, retention, and payment experiences for the ViX streaming platform with an accent on experimentation, funnel conversion, and subscriber lifecycle optimization. Focus on designing and analyzing A/B tests, improving high-traffic streaming experiences, and using KPI insights to reduce churn and drive measurable growth.
Location: Must be willing to work from Miami, FL

What you will do
- Support growth initiatives across subscriber acquisition, onboarding, retention, monetization, payment experiences, and win-back campaigns.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and manage initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, user behavior analysis, and KPI reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Design, support, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation initiatives for onboarding, conversion, and payment flows.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, PMO, Partnerships, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable product solutions.
- Support major-event readiness, high-traffic streaming experiences, subscriber journey optimization, and churn reduction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience in media, streaming, telecom, or digital subscription businesses.
- Experience with growth product management, including acquisition, retention, monetization, onboarding, or experimentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience contributing to product roadmaps and working cross-functionally in Agile product delivery organizations.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, KPI analysis, payment integrations, onboarding flows, and marketing technology platforms.
- Fluency in English is required; employment and education will be verified.
Nice to have
- Experience with OTT platforms, SVOD business models, or large-scale streaming environments.
- Experience in media and entertainment.
- Spanish language skills.
