What you will do
- Support seasonal merchandising strategies and build category assortments aligned with customer trends, brand positioning, and financial objectives.
- Recommend pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales, margin, inventory, customer, competitive, and pricing trends.
- Manage product lifecycles, product setup, item maintenance, pricing, and merchandising information.
- Coordinate vendors, product samples, timelines, deliveries, and product development activities.
- Prepare business recaps, presentations, and recommendations for Merchant leadership.
Requirements
- Ability to perform general office functions, including sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Capability to maintain accurate merchandising systems, reporting, calendars, and milestones.
