What you will do
- Organize, stock, and validate equipment counts using a warehouse management system.
- Assemble equipment kits from Bills of Materials and deliver them to designated staging areas.
- Receive, store, and account for inventory from suppliers and field returns, with some procurement support.
- Document material movement, including inventory check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Dispatch, Fleet, and Operations teams to resolve material shortages.
Requirements
- Previous experience in materials handling, inventory management, or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience with inventory management systems and tracking tools such as barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and organization.
- Ability to safely lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Strong time management, punctuality, communication, and teamwork skills.
