What you will do
- Drive 15%+ year-over-year growth across one or more strategic accounts.
- Achieve revenue targets through structured account planning and collaboration with the account's Custodian of Client Success.
- Shape CXO agendas and position as a strategic partner for AI transformation.
- Work with procurement and internal engineering and capability teams to identify and sell expanded offerings.
- Build a senior-level presence for AI within managed accounts.
- Secure public client testimonials and references regarding 's work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of key account leadership or similar experience.
- Experience managing or expanding a 20+ million account for a well-known professional services firm.
- Ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads and build strong client relationships.
- Industry-context AI fluency and the ability to discuss AI transformation in at least one vertical.
- Deal-shaping and commercial expertise, including business-case development and procurement and legal negotiations.
- Collaborative approach to working with engineering and capability teams, with high accountability.
