ASE Automotive Technician (Automotive)

Location: Onsite in Redlands, California

Hourly rate: $44.39–$49.88. External candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.

What you will do

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to meet quality and safety standards.
• Repair and service engines, brakes, steering and suspension systems, HVAC systems, and related components.
• Work on domestic and foreign vehicles and collaborate with technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area while supporting customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience with engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license.
• Where required by state or local law, maintain applicable ASE certifications, including A1–A8.
