Software Engineer Lead (Site Reliability Engineering)

Location: In-office at one of hirify.global's IT hubs in Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Birmingham, Alabama; or Dallas, Texas

Base salary: $86,250.00–$158,125.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Design solutions for complex business needs and prepare technical documentation.
• Facilitate complex problem resolution and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Review software coding, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in the 24/7 Site Reliability Center's rotational on-call support, including resolving critical systems issues during off-hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot, OpenShift, Kubernetes, API troubleshooting, and Postman.
• Experience with Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Logscale, MQ, Kafka, event-based programming, MongoDB, and Oracle.
• Must work in-office from one of hirify.global's listed U.S. IT hubs.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
