What you will do
- Support the Director of Operations with daily productions and operational coordination.
- Manage local equipment inventory, quality control, and technical readiness for market needs.
- Direct daily newscasts using Ross APC and maintain television studio equipment.
- Develop technical strategies to improve local operational performance and support News team projects.
- Build cross-department redundancies and backup plans while promoting knowledge sharing.
- Oversee local community and entertainment programs across on-air production and community representation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in TV Production, Communications, or Digital Media preferred.
- At least two years of management experience in live broadcast TV, radio, or digital media.
- Experience with local operations and producing on-air and commercial content.
- Working knowledge of Adobe, Avid, Ross APC, and studio or field cameras.
- Experience with Avid editing and media management, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, VizRT, iNews, news production automation, vCreative, or similar workflow tools.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; stand, walk, bend, type, edit, reach, and sit for up to eight hours; and lift up to 50 pounds.
