Flex Nurse Educator (Healthcare)

Location: Lakeland, FL; the role also references Pompano Beach, FL. Candidates must reside in the United States and within the specific geography, maintain a private workspace at home, and be able to travel up to 50% for in-field assignments. Driving is required.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Deliver remote patient education through telephone, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.
• Train patients on disease states, prescribed medications, administration, and treatment adherence.
• Provide in-person education during territory vacancy coverage, including home visits and approved locations.
• Connect patients with program-approved resources and support communication with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow protocols, and meet territory KPIs and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with district managers and field leadership, participate in training, and support onboarding and mentoring.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; compact multi-state licensure is preferred, and additional state licenses may be required.
• California RN licensure is required or must be obtained for candidates residing in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
• Must reside in the United States and within the specific role geography.
• At least five years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, virtual platform, documentation, MS Office, and iPad skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.

Nice to have

• Nurse educator experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills and prior Ambassador experience.
• BS/AB or BNS degree.
