What you will do
- Support enterprise telephony infrastructure for virtualized, multi-channel contact centers.
- Implement and maintain contact center networks, including network analysis, engineering, and software functions.
- Respond to and resolve incidents involving contact center technologies.
- Manage Genesys GVP and IVR platforms, Cisco voice and routing, and NICE call recording.
- Troubleshoot contact center adjuncts and technology issues, including Symon, Aspect, and Virtual Hold.
- Lead troubleshooting teams and communicate resolutions across multiple organizational levels.
Requirements
- 100% remote work within the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with contact center networks, telephony infrastructure, Cisco voice and routing, and Genesys platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, empathy, courage, and creativity.
