Location: St. Petersburg Plant; candidates must be based in St. Petersburg or ready to relocate there with company support.
Salary: 100,000 RUB gross per month

What you will do
- Create and develop Power BI dashboards for production planning and reporting.
- Prepare detailed documentation and user instructions for employees.
- Collaborate with St. Petersburg plant teams and the Planning ADA team in Warsaw to develop digital tools.
- Automate and optimize the department’s reporting and reduction-data tracking processes.
- Facilitate dashboard launch through the change management process and app management compliance assessment.
Requirements
- Must be based in St. Petersburg or ready to relocate to St. Petersburg.
- Third- or fourth-year student or recent graduate within two years of graduation.
- Mandatory ability to develop BI dashboards using Power BI; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong project-management, organizational, communication, leadership, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week.
