What you will do
- Manage swimming pool construction projects from contract signing through completion and closeout.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing updates and setting expectations for timelines, payment milestones, and construction stages.
- Manage permitting, scheduling, inspections, project milestones, field activities, and documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, trades, leadership, and internal construction personnel.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and project risks while resolving on-site issues proactively.
- Maintain project notes, progress photos, logs, and communication in JobTread or similar project management systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing swimming pool construction projects is required.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from contract signing through completion.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, field teams, inspections, permitting, and construction schedules.
- Experience working directly with residential customers and homeowners.
- Strong project coordination, scheduling, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Nice to have
- Experience using JobTread or similar construction project management software.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior Project Managers.
