What you will do
- Provide second- and third-level support for the Data Center network environment.
- Manage and administer network infrastructure.
- Analyze, classify, and resolve network incidents.
- Optimize network architectures for secure and highly available operations.
- Act as a technical contact for internal departments and national and international customers.
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects after onboarding.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or completed vocational training in IT.
- Professional experience in network administration.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, and/or Juniper networking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of switching, routing, including OSPF, BGP, and VRF, as well as VPN technologies.
- Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken.
- Willingness to participate in shift work, with strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Vendor certification in at least one of the listed networking technologies.
