What you will do
- Provide advanced technical leadership in bioanalytical quality, statistical quality control, analytical method performance, and data analysis.
- Interpret laboratory, manufacturing, environmental monitoring, and other datasets to identify trends, variability, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development, validation, transfer, and lifecycle management of analytical methods, standards, and control systems.
- Own and improve statistical quality control programs, including control charts, trend monitoring, and alert and action limits.
- Generate, maintain, and govern enzyme standards and control programs for global quantification and product release.
- Partner with laboratories and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate deviations, troubleshoot issues, recommend corrective actions, and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 10+ years, or Ph.D. with 5–8 years.
- Strong technical foundation in enzymology, HPLC, spectroscopy, and electrophoresis.
- Experience with analytical method development, validation, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to interpret complex data and recommend scientifically sound actions.
- Experience supporting standards and control programs, with strong collaboration and communication skills across R&D, QA/QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory.
- Proficiency with LIMS, SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.

- Experience with data visualization or advanced analytics tools.
