Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do
- Support sales teams in qualifying opportunities and aligning client requirements with available law solutions.
- Conduct business process reviews, analyze client needs, and document business requirements.
- Support discovery, strategic client engagement, and technical product demonstrations throughout the sales process.
- Present product and industry expertise at conferences and events.
- Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to demonstrate product value and address institutional challenges.
- Map business and process requirements to client, prospect, and internal stakeholder needs while improving demonstration and presentation practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in the law or legal technology sector.
- 5–7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in pre-sales or consulting.
- Demonstrated success providing pre-sales support or customer-facing consulting, with documentation of results.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and discuss key issues with audiences ranging from C-level stakeholders to end users.
- Experience synthesizing and presenting complex client, competitive, and industry feedback to senior stakeholders, clients, and prospects.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions clearly and concisely to both large and small audiences.
